           उपरोक्त विषयान्वये यादीतील संबंधित आहरण व संवितरण अधिकारी यांना कळविण्यात येते की,  मा. उपसंचालक, रा.अ.दे.अ कार्यालय मुंबई यांनी कळविल्या प्रमाणे खालील सुचनेनुसार आपल्याकडील कर्मचाऱ्यांना ONLINE FACTA SELF DECLARATION करणेबाबतची कार्यवाही तातडीने  करण्याची सुचना दयावी.

Subscriber pending for FTACA compliance बाबतची यादी सोबत जोडली आहे.  आहरण व संवितरण अधिकारी यांना सोबत दिलेल्या कार्यपध्दतीप्रमाणे सभासदांनी online Self-Certification करण्याबाबत कळविण्यात यावे. केलेल्या कार्यवाहीबाबत अहवाल सादर करावा.

 

Please follow the steps given below for online Self-Certification:

·         Log-in to your NPS account (please visit www.cra-nsdl.com)

·         Click on sub menu “FATCA Self-Certification” under the main menu “Transaction”

·         Submit the required details under “FATCA/CRS Declaration Form”

·         Click on “Submit”

·         You are requested to read and tick “Declaration & Authorization by all customers”

·         Click on “Confirm”

·         Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number.

·         After Authentication through OTP, Acknowledgment for the completion of FATCA Self-certification will be displayed.

 

 In case of non-submission of FATCA Self- Certification, you will not be able to make a voluntary contribution or carry out withdrawal in your NPS/PRAN account.
